Springtime Meditation Track

Here is your free meditation track for Springtime! This is a deeply relaxing, 12 minute audio track recorded to help you relax, let go and feel calmer. Listen to this when you need a time-out, put your feet up or lie down - you could even listen to this as you drift off to sleep. This is not for use whilst driving or operating machinery. This audio encourages us to enter a state of Yoga Nidra, where we are awake but feel deeply relaxed. We take a journey around the body encouraging a sense of Spring warmth inwards, and then we explore a visualisation set in a forest with opportunity to plant a seed of intention for Spring.
