Rooted in and around Coalville and the Leicestershire countryside, my yoga classes and retreats are held in welcoming community spaces, giving you a local haven in which to unwind, unplug, breathe and belong.

‘The Calm Space’, my purpose-built cabin nestled in my family garden, is a sacred sanctuary where time slows down and your healing journey begins. It is a dedicated corner of the world for you to settle into stillness, receive soul-led treatments, and release the weight of the world.

Yoga

Yoga with me is an invitation to step out of the noise and back into your body. Allow me to guide you through a blend of intentional movement, breathwork, and stillness to release the day’s tension and regulate the nervous system. Every element of your yoga experience with me is crafted to bring you into the present moment, quiet the mind, and restore harmony to your whole being.

Holistic Rituals

Through a range of carefully designed rituals that use therapeutic, intuitive touch, I guide you into a place of deep relaxation and complete peace. This is not just self-care, it’s soul-care. In The Calm Space, my home-based cabin, you’ll let go of tension you didn’t even realise you were holding. Stress will melt away and you will begin to soften, to rest and to restore.
