About Me

For years, I worked in the corporate world simply to earn a living - I never fitted in and it didn't feel right in my soul. When redundancy finally closed that chapter, it gave me the push I needed to turn my lifelong love of yoga into my future.

After completing my 200-hour training, I dove straight into teaching within my local community in Coalville. Since then, I’ve expanded my offerings into Chair and Restorative Yoga, ensuring that every body—regardless of age or ability—feels welcome.

I’ll be the first to tell you: I am not a 'perfectly zen' guru. As a woman and a mother, I still navigate the same waves of stress and overwhelm that you do. I believe in the power of yoga, rest, mindfulness and relaxation to support us in our quest for calm. When we take time out to breathe, to move, to soothe our bodies and minds we feel a reset take place.

This is exactly why I’ve integrated holistic therapies into my work. I know now that my calling is to provide the tools, the space, and the healing touch you need to finally unwind, quiet the noise, and come home
to yourself.

I am grateful every day for the privilege of helping others discover what it feels like to put themselves first and focus on their wellbeing.
